Scout Model No. 202 desktop stapler by AC Fastener Corp., Chicago, Illinois. Made in USA with five patents stamped on the base, dating construction to the late 1930s to early 1940s. Plunger-top mechanism with distinctive wedge-form Art Deco body in chrome and bare steel. Thumb cap engraved with manufacturer name and city. Feed rod and follower shown removed; all components appear present. Base retains original rubber feet. Surface shows age patina and light oxidation consistent with era – no cracks or damage to the body. Confirm reassembly and function before listing.
