I purchased this new from VDS. I only used this a handful of times, and it mostly stayed on my desk at home. This binder will come with the box. My home is non-smoking, and clean. This binder has been safely stored in the box, in my home office. There are no smells, or anything. The binder is in excellent condition. There is one small tear inside the large back pocket at the bottom. The last picture shows it. It is small, and only affects the thin, black leather that lines the back pocket.
