The process must be completed within a 2 hour time period. 3.) If you do not have a dock we can deliver via lift gate transport and pallet jack. These vehicles operate at a separate rate and we will require an additional $50 fee. 4.) Inside delivery including freight elevators, two wheeler requirements, etc., plus $2.50 per carton. 5.)
